Virtual Event - St. Patrick's Day Theme

We are in the works of a St. Patrick’s Day Virtual event. Our client wanted to have a Happy Hour with fun activities and we handled all the logistics for pricing and purchasing everything for their employees. We had everything shipped directly to their homes or office

Company Picnic

What makes my day is when I see employees mingle and bring their families to a company picnic.   Main Stream Events and PR Firm had the honor of working with a new client in Hopewell, VA. 

Colonial DJ's provided the music and games to keep the party going for six hours.    Walter Baker did a fabulous job. Nanny's Restaurant provided the BBQ and sides which were fantastic. Scotty's Ice Cream Truck was I think the hit of the event with free ice cream all day.   Six hours of unlimited ice cream and because it was 84 degrees, I know many went back three or four times, but who was counting. Bounce 2 the Moon provided the inflatables and spin art.

Vivid Expressions provided the caricature artist and Patrick had a steady flow of people the entire time.  He did such a great job and these pictures could have been framed.  Awesome job.

James River Transportation provided the shuttle service for employees to tour the plant with a great security guided tour.   Each tour was very informative and the families that went enjoyed the experience.

Christina Cox was the official EMT and a great day with no injuries is always good in my book. My team was amazing as always and could not have done it without Kelly, Laura, and Christina.

Corporate Holiday Party

Main Stream Events and PR Firm planned a fun Game Night from ARS Game Show where all 60 guests could play with a clicker, Giant Jenga, Operation Game, Corn Hole, Mini Golf, and Arcade. 

All guests won tickets for the Chinese Action with 30+ prizes from Gift Certificates, Diamond Pendant Necklaces, iPad, Tablet, TV to a laptop.

All this was created and coordinated by Main Stream Events and PR Firm.   Huge shout out to Holiday Inn Hotel Virginia Beach-Exec Center for the amazing food and space.

The Salvation Army Hope Gala 2014

This was a Black Tie Event for The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command.  Main Stream Events and PR Firm designed and coordinated their Hope Gala 2014.

It was a team effort with amazing vendors and wonderful Salvation Army staff and volunteers.

Stage Right Lighting Weddings-Special Events from the uplighting, stage washes to the brilliant beaded chandeliers hanging from the center of the basketball court. The lighting was the finishing pieces we needed to bring this event to life. They were also a sponsor and so appreciate your generosity and flexibility.

Botanique provided the beautiful linens, napkins, and centerpieces and was such a delight to work with.

Big Top Entertainment provided the red carpets, stanchions, velvet ropes, bars, amazing backdrop on the stage to the pipe and drape around the basketball courts.

Astro DJs (Entertainment) provided and sponsored the step and repeat photos for the guests to take home at the end of the evening.    Ice Art - created an amazing ice sculpture with The Salvation Army Shield and a burst of water.   Express Valet - provided and was a sponsor for Valet Service.    Waterford Event Rentals, LLC - worked with us on the spandex chair covers.   Calvin Dunn Photography - sponsored the event photography and the amazing pictures.

Casino Holiday Party

This was such a fun holiday celebration for 34 employees and guests for Zukerman and Associates, Ltd. Together we decided on a casino theme so we called it "A Night in Monte Carlo" to add a little red carpet style and decorated with black, red and white.

Astro Entertainment was hired and brought in Jerritt Brantley, a Star Disk Jockey who was the highlight of the evening with music that kept them entertained, trivia questions that kept them at the stage all night waiting for the next question.  We had casino tables and everyone got to play each table and as they won each game, raffle tickets were given out for the guests to choose from 17 raffle gift prizes with a Chinese Auction style.  Greg Chappell was the Pit Boss and added uplighting around the room to make it even more elegant with shades of red to go along with the decor and then we changed it up by adding different colors throughout the evening.

Holiday Inn Virginia Beach Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center was spectacular with the service they provided for my clients.  We had the entire space back in the Executive Ballrooms which made our event very private.    Hi 5 Balloons added a few touches with 2 balloon towers at the entry way that matched our casino theme.

Guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food, entertainment, casino, and the photobooth.

50-Year Company Celebration

This was such a fun VIP 50-year celebration for 350 employees and guests with a few city officials and company's customers coming from many states to the owners coming from Germany to celebrate their company’s greatest accomplishments. They are the leader in vacuum pumps and they were an amazing company to work with. 

Big Top Entertainment was amazing and provided the VIP tent, Employee, Catering, Registration Tents, and even a Smokers Tent, tables, chairs, chandeliers, stage, pipe and drape, lounge sofas, black Astro turf for the VIP tent, red carpet, stanchions, ropes, David, Dion, Matt, and Pete were the fearless leaders and did a fantastic job with everything (and I mean everything).

Catering Concepts did an awesome job with the tastings from around the world, from Germany - Grilled Brats and Onions, Great Britain – Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Asia-Phad Thai, South Africa – Pollo Con Papas, USA Green Salad and Vegetable Kabobs to Switzerland and their amazing desserts. They also provided Ice Cream and punch the first day for the ice cream social.      Art of Creative Celebrations - Vivid Expressions LLC and Janel Bailey Keen did an amazing job with the linens and decorated over 60 tables, 50 centerpieces that went with the industrial look focusing on Silver and Orange.     Ice Art had an amazing custom made Ice Sculpture that was over 4 ft high and 6ft wide. This was a masterpiece of one of a kind.      Cake Delights created a spinning cake top with 4 layers of sugar, butter and pure yumminess for their ice cream social on day 1.     HR Photography was the professional photographer (an employee of Busch). She is such a pleasure to work with - Thanks Heidi Pimentel.

Astro DJs (Entertainment) and Kurt did an amazing job with the music and kept the VIP tent with just the right amount of music. Astro also provided the up lighting (Thanks Greg) in the front lobby and couldn’t have a VIP Event with out the Photo Fantasy ran by Christian and we had a great background and photos were dispersed to each guest.   Advanced Visual Production came from Richmond to take care of our audio visual needs with 2- 80” screens and 2- 50” screens to show 4 videos at the same time with sound and then into 1 video and it was seamless.     James River Transportation had 3 shuttle buses from a Virginia Beach Hotel at the oceanfront to shuttle our out of town guests to the office in VIP style.    Royal Flush brought the best porta restroom that I have ever seen with 3 private rooms in the trailer, sink, counter, and even music.     Tidewater First Security was hired to protect our AV Equipment over night.   Gen Global for top-notch headsets for everyone to wear during the plant tours so the guests could actually hear the speaker. 11 stations and a 75 minute tour around their entire plant and I must say this plant is so clean, organized and a lot of work was put into having a seamless tour.   We even had 2 Virginia Beach off duty Police Officers to direct traffic.

A Company Picnic

This was such a fun picnic to plan. 450 employees, guests, and children came out today for a great time for all ages. 

Big Top Entertainment was amazing and provided the tents, tables/chairs, inflatables, carnival games, photo booth, cotton candy, Face Painters, Matt was the fearless leader and did a fantastic job with everything. Mobile Pig-Nic did an awesome job with the BBQ, chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, hot dogs, beans, salads, and we can't forget about the Fried Twinkies and Fried Oreo's (my favorite) and an Ice Cream stand.  Art of Creative Celebrations - Vivid Expressions LLC and Janel Bailey Keen brought her game on for the caricatures and she was busy the entire time.  HR Photography was the professional photographer, Thanks Heidi Pimentel and Jason.  Astro DJs (Entertainment) did an amazing job with the music and games and Roger Cruz and Steve rocked the field. They have so much energy and kept the crowd moving and shaking the entire time. Hula Hoop, Potato Sacks, Limbo, Tug of war, and lots of other prizes and the employees took home some great prizes.  The crowd loved the strolling magician and of course, the one and only Krendl Krendle of Magical Solutions Inc. The crowd couldn't believe bent spoons, cards floating, and other tricks he had up his sleeve. And that is truly magic and he was so much fun to watch. Royal Flush provided the portable restrooms and trash container.  Hoffman Beverage was the Beer provider.
