3, How Much Does It Cost?

• Packages start at $275.00 for 2 guests for your 1 1/2 hour experience

• If permit is required (additional fee and at least 30 days prior to picnic date but we have some great suggestions where it can be scheduled the next day)

• Additional guests ($varies)

• 50% non-refundable deposit to save date and time

4. What comes with Packages:

• Low Table with Pillows (Table/Chairs can be added for additional fees)

• Table Setting for 2 (can be additional guests for additional fees) to include napkins, plates, silverware, glassware, etc.

• Other Table Decorations

• Blanket

• Candles (Battery Operated, Flameless)

• Pillows for Theme

• Personalized Welcome Sign

• Sparkling Non Alcoholic Beverages (we use cans or plastic)

• Note: We use acrylic, bamboo or reusable décor, plates, silverware, glasses and candles for location friendly places)

5. Add-ons for additional fees:

• Beach set ups and other hard to get to locations

• Table with Chairs

• Charcuterie Board for 2 (or size of your party) (Choose from: cheese/meat/fruit/veggies, dessert or brunch)

• Teepee (Small or Large)

• Gazebo Room Screen House Room/Tent

• Fresh Flowers

• Photographer

• Extra time (30 minute increments)

• Games (Giant Jenga, Lawn Darts, Frisbee Toss, Spike It)

• Dog Friendly (Water Bowl, Water and Treat)

6. Group Bookings

• There is a 15% service fee for all bookings larger than 6 people

REfund Policy

Cancellation Policy 
No cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee.

Weather Policy
Main Stream Events and PR Firm will be watching for the weather forecast during the week/day of your scheduled picnic and reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. Main Stream Events and PR Firm will notify you of the cancellation via email or by phone call, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded less your non refundable deposit.
