Company Picnic at Hunt Club Farm

As summer comes to an end, Main Stream Events and PR Firm coordinates a company picnic at Hunt Club Farm in Virginia Beach, VA. We specialize in corporate events and would love to help you plan your corporate event.

The Pavilion Tent tucked in the back of the farm was the perfect location for a quiet company picnic.   We set up a picnic buffet, fried twinkies/oreo's/ice cream, and cold beverages for all ages.  Something different at the farm was a Chicken Roundup and Lead Line Challenge with a pony and llama and that kept it lively and a Scavenger Hunt looking for clues around the farm to include paddle boats. Oh, a baby goat was born that day and we got to see it 1 minute old.

Krendl from Magical Solutions, Inc. was the DJ and he kept them playing games, trivia, and just relaxing to the music after a long summer.

Catering was done by the Mobile Pig Nic and it was great as always.

Kelly Hall  was my great assistant for the day.

4th of July Celebrations

Everyone loves the 4th of July especially, Karen of Main Stream Events and PR Firm.  Karen grew up with her dad's birthday on that day and she still finds the fireworks every year.   As an adult, we love to celebrate with parties and picnics and find a way to see the fireworks. Grabbing a picnic basket is always a fun way to celebrate and this was an inspired photo shoot where we have planned many picnics for special couples.  Another option is cheese, fruit, crackers and of course your favorite beverage.

The Salvation Army Hope Gala 2016

This was a Black Tie Event for The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command.  Main Stream Events and PR Firm designed and coordinated their Hope Gala 2016.  This is there 3rd annual and we are honored to have coordinated all three of them.  We had 375 feet of Red Carpet and beautiful pedestals filled with pictures of Salvation Army services that the guests walked through as they arrived.  We transformed he gymnasium into a beautiful dinner atmosphere.  The legendary Coach Frank Beamer of Virginia Tech Football was our Key Note Speaker.

It was a team effort with amazing vendors and wonderful Salvation Army staff and volunteers.

A Big shout out to our vendors who we couldn't have made this event as spectacular without them.

Picnics Are Special

Have you ever grabbed a picnic basket and your friend or significant other?  Picnics can be fun and it gets you out of the house and on an adventure.   We all need to take time to smell the flowers, or in this case, have a picnic and eat some cookies and lemonade. We even coordinated a family reunion with the picnic theme.

Another outing is to grab some wine and cheese and just make your table a bit of whimsey.  If you are going to a festival, wear some hats that will make the crowd turn their heads.

Serving the Community

Karen Clements, Founder of Main Stream Events and PR Firm, enjoys helping the community.  As a member of The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary she goes out when she can to serve the community in The Salvation Army Mobile Canteen.  Karen, Martha and Melvin served over 50 meals and what a great feeling it is to feed the community.

Oranges as Your Focus

Success and Health Expo

Lizz Juarez of Design your Life, Live your Dream and Key Faces Magazine come together to bring a red carpet, success and health expo to Aliso Viejo, CA.  Speakers, health and wellness vendors, tasty treats, and talent in a beautiful loungy venue, Coast 2 Coast Lounge. Main Stream Events and PR Firm was a sponsor of the event and provided speciality popcorn from the East Coast.   Our Emcee for the evening was Keith from KB DJ's Entertainment.  One of our professional listing vendors.  He did an amazing job keeping the party moving.
